Rates

Dunlop Lake Lodge offers a number of options for accommodations, including rooms in the main lodge and a cabin rental. Below are the current rates for this year.

Lodge Room Rates

Forest view rooms have no microwave and there is a $10/night fee to have one in your room.

Cabin Rates

3 Bedrooms – (1 bedroom – Queen / 2 bedrooms – 1 Double + Futon + Cots) to 3 bedrooms – 1 queen and 1 doubles)

BBQ available – Firewood available at a fee

Additional Rates

• * Cot Rentals (Cabin and Rooms) $20.00 per night to $50 per night
• * We are “pet friendly”. $20/night per pet

Fifth wheel trailer rental: minimum two night rental.

All bedding and cooking utensils included.

ATV / Snowmobile Package

$150.00/NIGHT, PER PERSON, BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY

Includes dinner upon arrival, accommodation and breakfast the next morning.

$10.00 per day/per truck parking fee for truck and trailer left on the premises if away for the night and leave keys in lodge office. No fee will be charged if staying at the lodge for the night.

Rental rates for kayaks, canoes, paddle boards: $15/h with 2 hour minimum.

Fishing boat rentals: $150/day, includes fuel.

Ice Huts:

• * large hut $160/day, fire wood included
• * small hut $80/day, includes one small propane cylinder and heater
• * Transportation to/from huts, $10/person/each way/per ride

Cancellation Policy

For cancelling room reservations, guests should notify Dunlop Lake Lodge by email (dunloplakelodge@yahoo.com) or phone (705-848-8090).  As a business owner, cancellations can result in loss of income and time, particularly if they are made at the last minute.  In the event you cancel your reservation, please be aware that there are financial consequences for cancelled reservations.  

We require 2 weeks notice for you to avoid a cancellation fee.  This will allow us time to rebook the room(s).  Guests may cancel their reservation up to 2 weeks prior to their scheduled arrival date without penalty.  

Cancellations made within 0-14 days of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a charge of $100/night + HST for each night booked.  No-shows will also be charged $100 + HST for each night booked and cancelled within the 14 day period. 

Group booking ( 2 rooms or more):

Guests booking 2 rooms or more are required to pay a deposit of half of the total cost of the booking in advance. If cancelled or modified up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival, no fee will be charged and the cost of the deposit will be reimbursed.  If cancelled within two weeks of the date of arrival a cancellation fee of $100 + HST for each night booked and cancelled will be charged.
